Who is responsible
Alphamonks Software House Private Limited ("we") is responsible for the personal data collected through this site. You can reach us at hello@alphamonks.com. Each venture in the group, such as WiserMonks, has its own site and its own privacy notice, which governs what it collects.
What we collect, and why
The only personal data this site collects is what you type into the contact form:
- your name and email address, so we can reply;
- your phone number and organisation, if you choose to give them;
- the topic and your message, so we know what you need;
- the time you gave your consent and the version of this notice you saw.
We use these details only to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not use them for marketing, and we do not sell or share them. We do not store your IP address with your message.
Your consent
We ask you to tick a box before you send the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us, and we will delete your message.
Who can read it
Enquiries are stored in a database on our own server and are visible only to a small number of named company administrators, who sign in with a personal email and password. When a message arrives we send an internal email that names the topic and links to the sign-in page. It does not contain your details.
How long we keep it
We delete each enquiry 24 months after it arrives, or sooner if you ask. Encrypted backups of the database are kept for up to 30 days, so a deleted enquiry can remain in a backup for that long.
Service providers
- Hostinger hosts this site and its database.
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form is sent by a person, not a program.
- Plausible Analytics counts visits without cookies and without personal data.
- Google Firebase Authentication holds the sign-in details of our administrators only. It holds no visitor data.
- Our email provider carries the internal notification and any reply we send you.
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You may ask us what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you may withdraw consent. Write to hello@alphamonks.com and we will act on it. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India once it is constituted and accepting complaints.
Children
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this notice we will update the date at the top. The version you saw when you wrote to us is recorded with your message.
